These shoes offer protection for your feet and are durable on all types of terrain. The classic leather lining means the shoe is incredibly breathable and feels like high quality craftsmanship. Technical features of this shoe include: Digifix lacing system for an extra secure fit around your heel. Memory Foam System (MFS) Compression zone around the ankle to reduce pressure when walking downhill. Meindl Multigriff Vibram sole for excellent grip and shock absorption. And an Air-Active insole for controlling humidity levels. Classified as B according to Meindl. This walking shoe is supportive and flexible at the same time. The breathability of the leather lining makes the Borneo 2 MFS particularly suitable for uphill walking in dry climates.
